Comes now Marlowe A. Scherbel of Aflon, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, who being
duly swom on oath according to law, does hereby make the following statement of flints and
affirm:
That he is a Professional Land Surveyor under the laws of the State of Wyoming with
Registration Number 5368
That he is the person in Yesponsible charge of the survey and platting of the plat titled,
"FINAL PLAT MEADOW RIDGE ESTATES WITHIN S1/2 SECTION 20 T37N R118W
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
as Plat No. 237-A, accession no. 898827.
That there is a typographical error in the Certificate of Surveyor on said plat as follows:
Line 1. 0 of said Certificate presently reads incorrectly as follows:
"BEGINNING at the'northeast comer of the NW1/4SE1/4 of said Section 20;"
4. That the said line should more correctly read as follows:
"BEGINNING at the northeast comer of the NW 1/4SW1/4 of said Section 20;"
That this affidavit is recorded to give public notice of the foregoing described typographical
error upon said plat.
