and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of
said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against
.the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and
encumbrances of record. Hereby relea.sing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of this state.

County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the AIIred property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded in Book 402PR, on Page 203, with said Office, said Point of
Beginning, being 363.66 feet N0°40'09"E 363.66 feet from the Southeast Comer
of said NE1/4SE1/4; thence N89°51'35"W, along the North line of said Allred'
