Cynthia Hansen Husband and Wife her~.~. ¥ re~:e~ed to as
"Grantors',, for the consideration set forth below, grants,
warrant s, and conveys unto The Wyoming Community Deve 1 opment
Authority, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee" the following
described premises:
Attached Exhibit A
Together with all buildings, improvements thereon situate and
appurtenances thereonto belonging which ~epresents all of
Grantors' interest in said lands.
Grantors or their predecessor executed a mortgage on the
above-described real property in favor of The Wyoming Community
Development Author;[ty, securing a Note of even date in the sum of
One Hundred Twenty Three Thousand and 00 Dollars, ($123,000.00),
which mortgage was recorded on October 30, 2001, in Book 475 on
Page 802 of the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk.
The Grantors have defaulted in the payments due on said Note
and are unable to meet the obligations of said Note and Mortgage
according to the terms thereof. The parties desire to avoid the
expense and delay of foreclosure. By acceptance of this Deed,
Grantee acknowledges that Grantors have satisfied the aforesaid
Note by this conveyance.
Grantors hereby waive and release all rights under and by
virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, or
any rights of redemption which they might have in the described
property, and affirmatively states that there is nc understanding
or agreement with Grantee whereby Grantors have any 'right to a
reconveyance of the premises or an interest in any sale proceeds
which Grantee may receive from the subsequent sale or transfer of
the premises.
