other ~ Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
where6f is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
James L. Ivey, Jr. and Patricia A. Cummings-Ivey
husband and wife, tenancy by the entirety
grantees, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 165 M.O., Shrewsbury,
MA 01545, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to-wit:
Lot Fifty (50) in Sfiar Valley Ranch Plat Thirteen
(13) as platted and recorded in the official records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all
improvements, buildings and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or
in use.
