James D. Close and Helen Close, Trustees of the James D. and~'~i&H;EFOl6'~:R6~kable Trust
created on October 26, 1982 and restated on even date herewith, hereinafter "Grantee", whether
one or more, all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the following:
That certain promissory note dated May 24, 2001 in the face amount of
$77,875.00 from Lisa Harter MacQueen as Maker of said note to Grantor, AND
That certain Mortgage Deed recorded as instrument nmnber 873504 in Book 465,
Page 179 of the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming granting Grantor a security
interest in the real estate described as Star Valley Ranch Plat Fourteen (14), Lot
Twenty-Five (25) as platted and recorded in the official recrods of Lincoln
County, Wyomin and known as 503 Alta Drive, Thaync, WY 83127, and
This Assignment is made without recourse by Grantee herein against Grantor should
