and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby aclomwledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
STEVEN G. MAXWELL AND LESLIE E. MAXWELL,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is 1803 Dell Rio Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all fights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 7 of Block 5 Of, Lincoln Heights 5th Addition, First Filing, to the City of Ken~merer,
Lincoln County, Wyonfing as described on the official plat thereof.
ALSO
Lot 7A of the Dell Rio Addition, Amended Plat, to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
