CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to D. Milliron Cattle Company, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, of 10286St. Hwy 238, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEE, all of her
right, title and interest in the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, S~ate of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyo~ng,
to-wit:
See description in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof.
Includir,,_;g and together with all and singular the
tenemems, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and
any rights of gn'antor to minerals thereunder, but
subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the
United States Patent, taxes, assessments, covenants,
conditicns, restrictions, reservations, encroachments,
rights-of-way and easements of sight and/or record.

32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more
particularly described ~s follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the said SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 9, said
corner also known as the Center-East 1/16 Corner of Section 9,
AND RUNNING THENCE West, along said section line, a distance of 330 feet,
THENCE North a dista ace of 396 feet;
THENCE East a distance of 330 feet to the east boundary line of said
Sw1/aNE1/4;
THENCE South, along said boundary line, a distance of 396 feet to the point of
beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 3.000 acres, more or less;
