consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in h~..nd paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to D. Milliron Cattle Company, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, of 10286 St. Hwy 238, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEE, all of her
right, title and interestl in the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to-wit:
See description in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof.
Including and together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and
any rights of grantor to minerals thereunder, but
subject to reservations and restTi ctions contained in the
United States Patent, taxes, assessments, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, encroachments,
rights-of-way and easements of sight and/or record.

32 North, Range 119 'West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the said SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 9, said
corner also known as the Center-East 1/16 Corner of Section 9,
AND RUNNING THENCE West, along said section line, a distance of 330 feet,
THENCE North a distance of 396 feet;
