of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to
D. Milliron Cattle Company, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, of 10286 St. Hwy 238,
Alton, Wyoming 83!10~ GRANTEE, all of his right, title and interest in the
~ollowing described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiwng and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State o£ Wyoming, to-wit:

EXHIBIT A
A parcel of land situate within the SW1/4NE1,/4 of Section 9, Township
32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the said SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 9, said
corner also known as the Center-East 1/16 Corner of Section 9,
AND RUNNING THENCE West, along said section line, a distance of 330 feet,
THENCE North a distance of 396 feet;
THENCE East a dis'tance of 330 feet to the east boundary line of said
SW1/4NE1/4;
THENCE South, along said boundary line, a distance of 396 feet to the point of
beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 3.000 acres, more or less;
