consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS ~o D. Milliron Cattle Company, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, of 10286 St. Hwy 238, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEE, all of her
right, title and interest in the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to-wit:
