which is hereby ackn3wledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to D. Milliron Cattle
Company, Inc., a Wy oming corporation, of 10286 St. Hwy 238, Afton, Wyoming
83110, GRANTEE, all of their right, title and interest in the following described
real estate, situate in' the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving
and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
See description in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof.
Including and together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improw~ments thereon or thereunto belonging, and
any rights of grantor to minerals thereunder, but
subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the
United States Patent, taxes, assessments, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, encroaclunents,
rights-cf-way and easements of sight and/or record.

A parcel of land situate within the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 9, Township
32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the said SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 9, said
corner also known as 'the Center-East 1/16 Corner of Section 9,
AND RUNNING THENCE West, along said section line, a distance of 330 feet,
THENCE North a dist-ance of 396 feet;
THENCE East a di:~tance of 330 feet to the east boundary line of said
SW1/4NE1/4;
THENCE South, along said boundary line, a distance of 396 feet to the point of
beginning;
