This Deed, made this 27th day of May, 2004, between the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington D.C.,
party of the first part and DAVID M. BOFFMAN party(ies) of the second part, WHOSE ADDRESS IS: 402 CARBON STREET,
KEMMERER, WY 83101
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen Dollars ($10.00), and other good
and valuable considerations to the said party of the first part in hand paid by the said party(les) of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party(ies) of the second part, his/her heirs and assigns, forever, the'following
described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
THE WEST ONE-HALF OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3 OF BLOCK 5 OF THE FAIRVIEW ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF
KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, V~'OMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
ALSO KNOWN AS: 810 ELK STREET, K~MMERER, WY 83101
Being the same property acquired b? tke party of the first part pursuant to the provisions of the National Housing Act, as
amended (12 U.S.C. 1701) and the Depmtm0.nt of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3531).
Together with all and singular the hered..taments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim
and demand whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises,
with the hereditaments and appurtenances;
To Have and To Hold the said preraises above bargained and described with the appurtenances, unto DAVID M.
HOFFMAN the said party(ies) of the second part, his/her heirs and assigns forever.
Subject to All covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and rights appearing of record; and Subject to any
state Of facts an accurate survey would show.
J And the said party of the first part, for 1-timself and his successors, covenants and agrees to and with the said party(ies) of the
second part, his/her heirs and assigns, th~ above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party(ies) of
the second part, his/her heirs and asslgl!s, against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any
party thereof, by, through or Under the said party of the first pm, to Warrant and forever Defend.
THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED liS NOT TO BE IN EFFECT UNTIL
