dated August 8, 2003, in consideration Of one dollar and the mutual agreements contained herein,
receipt of which is acknowl4dge:d, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey to utility companies,
the public, each other and ap future owners of record of the Cramp Creek Subdivision a perpetual
right-of-way easement for the fe llowing pm-poses and under the following conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of allowing the location,
establishment, installation, construction and maintenance of underground utilities
that will serv'e the subdivision including water, sewer, power, telephone and cable
television.
2. Conditions 0fEasement. The conditions of this easement are:
This 'i.s a common easement for the benefit of the grantors' and grantees'
lands within the subdivision and the use of utility companies.

All utility companies shall repair any dan]age done to the private roads or
lanes on the land and shall indemnify grantors or their heirs or assigns against
any lass or damage which grantee utility company shall cause.
Description of Easement. That area within the road designated as Camp Creek
Circle as shown on Plat No. 396-E recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk, Lincotn County, Wyoming titled, "Camp Creek Subdivision Within Tract No.
38 T23N R117W Lincoln County, Wyoming", dated August 8, 2003
Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon and
inure to the berefit of the heirs, successors in interest and assigns of the parties
named in this instrument.
