PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGA;E i
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That The Bank of Star Valley, a corporation of the
United States of America, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of July 18, 2000
made and executed by Freedom Investments, L.L.C., as mortgagor, to The Bank of Star
Valley, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of $179,777.14 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July
21; 2000 in the Book 449PR on page 86 mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, to wit:
A portion of the property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 449PR on page 83
recorded with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within Lot 4 and
the SW r/4SE'/a of Section 28, T35N RI 19W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe located at a Point in the East line of the Heiner property
referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 469PR on page 30 of said Office, said Point
being 659.41 feet N 36°06'19" E from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Lloyd
B. Baker PE/LS 698 1982, location for the Southwest corner of said Section 28;
thence N 1°33'08" E, along said Heiner East line, 114.20 feet to the Northeast
corner of said Heiner property;
thence N 89°01'45" W, along the North line of said Heiner property, 7.61 feet
to the Southeast corner of the Izatt property referred to in the Deed
recorded in Book 175PR on page 631 of said record;
thence Northerly and Easterly, along said Izatt property the following: N
0046'26" E, 430.67 feet and S 88°51'55" E, 433.95 feet;
thence N 0°46'26" E, along said Izatt East line and its Northerly prolongation,
74.56 feet to a point in the South line of the Wind River Management
Trust property;
thence S 88°51'55" E, along last said South line, 40.00 feet;
thence S 0°46'26" W, 114.56 feet;
thence N 88°51'55" W, 175.34 feet to a point in the center line of the slough;
thence Southeasterly, along said center line the following:
S 31'30'35" E, 14.60 feet, S 0°28'18" E, 241.91 feet,
S 27006'29" E, 115.40 feet and S 12'30'28" E, 128.61 feet to the
Northeast corner of the Smith property referred to and recorded in
Book 474PR on page 704;
thence S 87°35'28" W, along the North line of said Smith property, 389.71 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage of
the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate
mortgaged therein and thereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Bank of Star Valley has caused these Presents to be

of Star Valley, and that said instrument was signed on behalf of said corporation by authority
of its Board of Directors, and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and
deed of said corporation.
