If Grantors receive a bona fide offer ti'om a third party for the purchase of said property, Grantors shall provide Grantees with written notice thereof to the address stated above or as otherwise advised in writing, said notice to include the sale price and the sale terms and conditions of said offer. Grar;tees shall then have seven (7) days from receipt of said written notice, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, in which to match or exceed'said bona fide offer by providing writ::en notice to Grantors at the address stated above or as otherwise advised in writing, and ther6after, purchase said property. If Grantees fail to provide Grantors with a written response in thc tnne provided, or if Grantees fail to match the bona title offer, then this first right of refusal shall expire. Upon the filing by Grantors of an affidavit stating that Grantees have failed to exercise their first right of refusal, this first right of refusal shall be of no further effect.
