to: Alan and Denise Chadwick; Husband and V¢ife (the buyera)
Terms of the sale:
l. Buyers will pay a total 0f $60,000 for said described real estate.
2. Payments will be made each year on a yearly basis.
3. Each payment will be $6000.00 per year. With the first payment to be made
of $6000.00 in 20'04. The last payment will be due no later then MaY $1,2015.
4. Payments can be made in a yearly lump sum or in monthly payments of
$500. per month.
5. There will be a total of $6000.00 paid each year for a total payment of
$60,000.00. ~
6. In the event that the seller is eontCined to a permanent rest home or expires,
the remaining balance °if the debt Will be paid in equal shares to LeAnn
Merrill, La Jean Pieper, Teri Bowers and Russell Chadwick until the debt is
retired. If the. buyer: gets married,, his wife will be able to stay at the remises
' until she gets remarried or expires or is eonl~ned to Permanent care. '
7. The .seller will maintain at least $60,000 worth of home insurance while he is
living in the home and he::will pay the yearly property taxes on said property.
8. The seller has the right to live in the house until he expires or is permanently
confined to a rest home or' other care facility at which time the buyers will take
possession of the property.
