Deb Wolfley, Sheriff, in favor of Hi Line Equipment Company, and that was recorded 18 August 1982 as instrument no. 582879, Book 190PR, Page 569, which easement is described as follows: A right-of-way ~'ccess to the west bank or side of the Salt River, said access and right-of-way eztending Southwesterly along a line parallel to the meander line of said river 1620+ feet from point of beginning to a point in a fence running East and West along the Northern boundary of Section 16 T36N R119W, 6'~ Principal Meridian; and extending 50 feet west from said meander line of the West Bank of the Salt River Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record of sight or in use.
