Together with, but also reserving unto the grantor, an easement for access to the
foregoing real property sS granted by certain Jud cial Easement recorded 8-26-
1996 at Book 387PR, i:age 412 and roadway access and utility easement
recorded 9-30-1996, at Book 388PR, Page 601
Together with, but also r(iserving unto the grantor, a podion of the easement that
was created by that certain Sheriff's Deed that is dated 22 July 1982, that was
executed by T. Deb Wolfley, Sheriff, in favor of Hi Line Equipment Company, and
that was recorded 22 July 1982 as instrument no. 581280, Book 189PR, Page
559, as such deed was subseqUently modified by a Corrected Sheriff's Deed 'that
is dated 18 August 1982, that was executed by T. Deb Wolfley, Sheriff, in favor of
Hi Line Equipment Company, and that was recorded 18 August 1982 as
instrument no. 582879, Book 190PR, Page 569, which easement is described as
follows: A right-of-way ~'ccess to the west bank or side of the Salt River, said
access and right-of-way eztending Southwesterly along a line parallel to the
meander line of said river 1620+ feet from point of beginning to a point in a fence
running East and West along the Northern boundary of Section 16 T36N R119W,
6'~ Principal Meridian; and extending 50 feet west from said meander line of the
West Bank of the Salt River
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record
of sight or in use.
