ASSIGNOR hereby expressly waives and releases any and all rights that ASSIGNOR may now have or hereafter have to establish or enforce any lien or security interest securing payment of lhe NOTES including without limitation, those existing under the COLLATERAL DOCUMENTS, as security for the payment of any other or future:.iqdebtedness of BORROWER to ASSIGNOR.
