DOLLARS ($10.00) and cther good and valuabte consideration, in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby ac~[cnowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Phillip R.
Jorgensen and Eva K. irorgensen, Grantees, as tenants by the entireties, whose
address is P.O. Box 35"2, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, the following described real
estate, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the
State of Wyoming, to,wit
Lot 3 of CMR Subdllvision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to
that plat filed in the Office of the Lincoln Count3, Clerk on June 15,
1995, Instrument N& 803595, Plat No. 363.
including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to
taxes, reservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and
easements of record.
Sharron R. Martin executes this Warranty Deed for the sole purpose of
waiving all homestead exemption rights under the laws of the State of Wyoming.
This Warranty Deed is given to effect an IRS Code Section 1031 Exchange on
behalf of Merrell J. Martiii.
