Partnership, c/o Ann Whitr,~y Brock, Managing Partner, 7115 Sandbridge Drive, Mentor, Ohio
44060, Grantee, and its su'ccessors and assigns, property located in Grover, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The SE1/4N~I/4 of Section 2, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, excepting therefrom, however, those lands that were
described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded March 7, 1990, in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming land records in Book 283PR at Page 589 as Instrument No. 714485. Said
property ompnstng ,i.pprox~mately 30 acres, more or less.
