No/100 Dollars ($10.00) a~d other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS and WAR~NTS only as against all claiming by, through or under her
to Quinn R. Heiner and Hyesoon H. Heiner Trustees of the Quinn R. Heiner and Hyesoon H.
Heiner Family Revocable 7rust dated January 8, 2004, of PO Box 224, Thayne, wY 83127,
grantees, the following described real estate, including the easement described below situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by vi~ue of
the homestead exemption ~ws of the State, and more padicularly described as follows, to-wit:
The Quinn R. Hein6r and Carolyn S Heiner Trust property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded in Book zI'}7PR, on Page 81 and a portion of the Glenn W. Heiner Trust
property, as referre,:t to in the Affidavit recorded in Book 463PR, on Page 762, with
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the SE1/4SE1/4 of
Section 7, T34N, R', 18W of the 6th. P.M, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and
bounds being more ~articularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the ron Pipe marking the Southwest corner of the Clark property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 391PR, on Page 5, with said Office, being
a Point in the South' Jine of said SE1/4SE1/4, said Point of Beginning, being 770.33
feet S89° 56' 16"W along said South Line, from the B.L.M. type Monument found
marking Baker Engin~aers PE/LS 698, 1971 location for the Southeast Corner of said
SE1/4SE1/4; thence S89°56'16"W, continuing along said South line, 385.17 feet to
the Iron Pipe marking the Southeast corner of the Lara property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded in B)ok 468PR, 244, with said Office, said point, being 165.00 feet
N89°56'16"E, along said South line from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the
Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698. 1989 location for the Southwest Corner of said
SE1/4SE1/4; thence N0°41'39"E, along the East line of said Lara properly, parallel
with the West line of said SE1/4SE1/4, 452.40 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron
Pipe; thence N89°5(~:'16"E, parallel with said South line, 385.12 feet to an Aluminum
Cap on Iron Pipe thence S0°41'14"W, parallel with the East line of said
SE1/4SE1/4, to and along the West line of said Clark property, 452.40 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, containing 4.000 Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH aad SUBJECT TO: The Roadway, as referred to in the Deed
recorded in Book 164PR, on Page 21, with said Office.

SUBJECT TO: A 3(?eet wide Right-of-WaY Easement, along the South portion of
the above describecl Property, for Lost Creek County Road 12-120 as referred to in
the Right-of-Way, recorded in Book169PR, on Page 414, with said Office.
TOGETHER WITH-and SUBJECT TO: All Covenants, Easement, Restr!ctions,
Reservations, Right.'..-0f-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.

she is the Trustee of the of the Glenn W. Heiner Family Revocable Trust dated January 15, 1992,
described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and
sealed on behalf of said tru., t; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust
instrument to execute the i lstrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said
instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
