IS ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT r ow MEN BY Tm,SX' PRESENT: That WE, the undersigned, Ryan R. Herd and Jamie S. Herd, ("Grantor") for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Aflon and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigr~'s, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines an4 equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises o~f Grantor in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, along a line described as follows, to wit: BEING a portion of Lot 61 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 22, Section 30, T35N, RI 18W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, WYoming more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point being the NW corner of said Lot 61; Thence South 90 feet to a.f?oint. Easement to include a striF of land 20 feet in width running parallel with West line of said Lot 61. Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trenches for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, spray herbicides, or remove trees, sN-ubbery, und.eri~rowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities ~I'he Grantor acknowledges that Electric and Magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occun'ing in the transmission or distribution of electricity, and that the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and information is available upon request fi'om the Grantee. This Easement hy Grantor is ini:ended to include so much space as is necessary or appropriate to the presence of EMF and reasonabie operation of the Grantee's transmission or distribution lines. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remein the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
