cons deration in hand pa~d, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged
and confessed, hereby C()NVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Lincoln County, a political
subdivision of the State of Wyoming, grantee, 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming,
all right, title,' and Jntere~st that it may have in and to the following described real estate
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
A parcel of land w~;thin and being part of the Fairgrounds Annexati°n to the
Town of Alton, LJnco.m County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly

BEGINNING at a corner along the boundary common to the said
Fairgrounds Anne~a!ion and to the Kennington Addition Annexation, said
corner also being:, the southwest corner of Lot 25, Block 37, of the
KennJngton AddJtign'f and running
THENCE S89°1 '45 E, along said annexation boundary, a distance of
517.46 feet to an annexation corner;
THENCE S04°09'00"W, along annexation boundary, a distance of 79.80 feet
to another annexation boundary corner;
THENCE N89°14'05"W, along annexation boundary, a distance of 513 56
feet;
THENCE N01 °21'05.'E a diStance of 79.72 feet to the corner of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 0.943 acres, more or less;
SUBJECT TO exiStii'~g easements of sight or record, including those for

TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO a shared access and utilities right of
