Town of Alton Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a corner along the boundary common to the said
Fairgrounds Annexation and to the Kennington Addition Annexation, said
corner also being [he southwest corner of Lot 25, Block 37, of the
Kennington Addition; and running
THENCE S89°13'45"E, along said annexation boundary, a distance of
517.46 feet to an annexation corner'
THENCE S04°09'00'.'.W, along annexation boundary, a distance of 79.80 feet
to another annexa'~'on boundary corner;
THENCE N89°14'05"W, along annexation boundary, a distance of 513 56
feet;
THENCE N01 °21'.05'E a distance of 79.72 feet to the corner of beginning;
ENCLOSING an a,-ea of 0.943 acres, more or less;
SUBJECT TO exii~tii~g easements of sight or record, including those for
underground utilities; and

feet in width and 190 feet in length with boundaries more particularly

BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot 25, Block 37, of the Glen
Kennington et al Addition to the Town of Alton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, snd running
THENCE north (original record N02°03'05"E), along the principal west
boundary lithe-of Lot 25 and its prolongation ,a distance of 165 feet,
more or less, to the-south boundary line of Eighth Avenue;
THENCE west (original record N88°51'55"W), along the south
boundary line of Eighth Avenue, a distance of 14.5 feet;
THENCE south, parallel to said west boundary line of Lot 25, a
distance of :190 feet;
THENCE east, parallel to said south boundary line of Eighth Avenue,
a distance of 'I 4.5 feet;
THENCE nc..rth along the prolongation of said weSt boundary line of
Lot 25, a distance of 25 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning;
