THIS INDENTURE, made the
day of June, 2004 by and between the
BONNETT FAMILY ENTERPRISES, L.C.,
a limited liability corn[ any organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Utah, the GRANTOR and
BRIAN K. KIRKHAM AND DIANE K. KIRKHAM,
Hasband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is 25 W. Minges Road, Battle Creek, MI 49015
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration ~,n hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, b~gain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, a,nd parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 5 of Staghom E:;tates; Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat No. 101-D filei:l January 7, 2004 as Instrument No. 896474 of the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, howeve?7, to all ceserVations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WIIEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
