I, Jean Fox, being first duly sworn upon my oath depose and state as follows:
2000.
That I am a Trustee named in the Jean Fox Family Trust dated October 16,
2. That on Octo'ber 26, 2000 in Book 454PR on page 740 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk was recordea a Warranty Deed from Jean Fox to Jean Fox Trustee of the ,lean
Fox Family Trust conveying the following described land:
A portion of Lots 1 ? ,and 12 of Block 1 of the Sunset Subdivision to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln Zounty, Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the .',l~)rtheast Corner of said Lot 11 and running thence S 26 °34' E,
along the rear lot lines of said Lots 11 and 12 a distance of 71.95 feet;
thence S 42o15' W, ~2.98 feet;
thence Northwest, along a curve to the left a radius of which is 50 feet, a
distance of 41.45 feet through a central angle of 47°30';
thence N 5°15' W, 7~.82 feet to a point on the Northwest line of said Lot
thence N 63026' E, 77. 17 feet along the Northwest line of said Lot 11 to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
3. The Warrant)/ ,Deed conveying the property to the trust was not properly
defined as required by W.'d. §34-2-122 in that the date of the Trust was not shown. The
date of the Trust is October 16, 2000.
