. MINERAL QUITCLAIM D~E.D AND
Algot 'F. Wilson, and his wife, Laura Anne Wilson,
Grantors, for ar.d in consideration of Ten Dollars and other
good and valuabke consideration, in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is herleby acknowledged, do by these presents,
convey, transfer, assign and quitclaim, unto Algot F.
Wilson and Laur~ Anne Wilson, husband and wife, as tenants
by the entireties, Grantees, whose mailing address is 757
Wesn 4th North,'Green River, WY 82935, all of the Grantors'
right, title, Lnterest, property, possession, claim and
demand, as the Grantors have or ought to have, in and to
all of the minerals and mineral rights, including, but not
limited to, all coal, oil, gas, geothermal, brine and steam
rights, and all other m~neral rights, now know to ex~st or
hereafter discovered, associated with, and in, under or
upon the following described real property situate in ~he
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rie~ts under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:

LINCOLN COU.NTY, WYOMING:
Section 4: Lot 1, SE/4NE/4, S/2S/2, NW/4SE/4
Section 10: S/2SW/4, NW/4SW/4, SW/4NW/4
Less 1.95 acre parcel
And [urther hereby granting, assigning and
quitclaiming to the Grantees herein all right, title and
interest of the Grantors in and to any and all presently
existing oil, gas, coal, geothermal, brine, steam and o~her
mineral leases, pooling or unit agreements, and the like,
covering the above described property, including, but non
limited to, the r~ght to receive any and all annual and
other lease rentals and royalties, including bonuses and
damages, and alJ~ other payments which may be hereafter paid
by any lessees relative to the above described property
thereunder.
Hereb} granting and quitclaiming unto the
Grantees, theiz, heirs, successors and assigns, all of
Grannors' right'; to explore, drill and mine on said land
and to remove products therefrom, and the right of
possesszon as may be required therefor, including Grantors'
interest in the right to erect and maintain thereon and
remove ~herefrom all necessary or proper structures and
equzpment as needed for producing, storing and marketin§
such products, including uhe right to pull casing from
wells and to [nstall and maintain thereon and remove
therefrom all i_anks and other means of storage and all
pipes and other means of transpornation, and also all
rights of the Crantors of ingress and egress for any of
said purposes.

TO H~VE AND TO HOLD all such right, title and
interest in ant 'to said oil, gas and other mineral rights
associated with and in, under or upon the above described
premises unto the said Grantees and their heirs, successors
and assigns forever, so that neither Grantors nor any other
person in Grant~rs' name or behalf, shall or will hereafter
claim or demand any right or title to any of the oil, gas
and other mineral interests being conveyed hereby or any
part hereof, but they and every one of them shall by these
presenYs be excuuded and forever barred.
IE is expressly understood and agreed tha~ this
instrument is E3 be construed as a conveyance in fee simple
of all of the Grantors' interest in all of the oil, gas and
other minerals in, under and upon the above described tract
of land, together with al). rights of the Grantors in and to
any and all existing oil, gas and other mineral leases,
pooling and unit agreements and the like, insofar as they
affect said prop3rty.
This conveyance shall expressly include any and
all after acquired ~itle of Grantors in said mineral estate
and any and all inueresEs in any way connected therewith.
This Deed is ~ssued by the Grantors for the
purpose of creating a tenancy by uhe entireties in the
Grantees.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, th~ Grantors have execuned
