SHERWOOD AND ROBYNNE SHERWOOD, Husband and Wife, as tenants
by the entireties, whose' address is P.O. Box 3060, La Pine,
OR'97739-3060, the GRANTEE, WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of TEN ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain,
sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said grantees, all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described
as follows, to-wit:
Star Valley Ranch Plat Twenty-Two (22) Lot
Thirteen (13) as platted and recorded in the
Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT TO Easements, Reservations and
Restrictions of Record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused 'its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, and these presents
to be signed by its duly authorized officer, the day and
year first above written.
