HESS, a Married Person grantee, whose address is 309 Pine, Avenue, Kemmerer, Wy 83101 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: The Northerly one-half of the Southerly two-thirds of Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block 24 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4 and running thence northerly along the westerly boundary of said Lot 4, 46-2/3 feet to initial point; thence easterly and parallel to Quartz Street, 150 to the easterly boundary of said Lot 6, at a point 46-2/3 feet.northerly from the southeasterly corner of said Lot 6; thence NOrtherly along the easterly boundary of said Lot 6 and at right angles to Quartz Street, 46-2/3 feet; thence Westerly at right angles to the last mentioned line, and parallel to Quartz ,Street, 150 feet to the intersection of Pine 'Avenue on the westerly boundary of Lot 4; thence Southerly along Pine Avenue 46-2/3 feet, to the initial point; · The intention being to convey the middle 46-2/3 feet on Pine AVenue, to the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln Count)~,, Wyoming.
