Jenkins, of 4226 County Road 125, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, and upon his oath deposes and says: 1. Tha, t Janel. Birch Jenkins, aka Janel B. Jehkins, the decedent mentioned in the attached copy of Certificate of Death, is the same person as Janel B. Jenkins named as one of the grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated the 1st day of November, 1990, executed by Farrell E. Jenkins and.Joan K. Jenkins, grantors, to Chad K. Jenkins and Janel B. Jenkins, husband and wife, by the entireties, grantees, and recorded November 13, 1990, as Instrument No. 725484 in Book 291 PR, page 532, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit: .... .Tract No. 1- S1/2N1/2NE1/4 and S1/2 Lot 3 (except a tract of land described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3, running thence North 16 rods, thence East 10 rods, tl~ence South 16 rods, thence West 10 rods to the point of beginning.) Section 4, T34N, R119W, 6th P.M., Wyoming. _Tract No. 2: All of lots Four (4) and Five (5) of Section 41 T34N, R119W 6th P.M., in.. Wyoming, containing 34.25 acres, more or less, with all water rights belonging thereto. SCHERBEL RLS 164 BIG PINEY WYOMING T35N R119W" S33 S34F S4 S3 T34 R119W 1967 thence S 31052' E, 295.9 feet to a point; thence S 89°25' W, 1200.6 feet to a point; thence N 00o21' W, 11.1 feet to a point; thence N 81042, E, 1056.1 feet to the point of beginning; encompassing an area of 4.819 acres, more or less; each point marked by a steel T-shaped stake 24" long with a brass cap inscribed "SURVEY POINT DO NOT DISTURB RLS 164"; all in accordance With the map prepared and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County. That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Chad K. Jenkins, named as one of the grantees in the above-described Warranty Deed, that he and Janel B. Jenkins aka Janel Birch Jenkins were husband' and wife at the time of the execution and recording of the Warranty Deed described above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of Janel B. Jenkins, named in said conveyance, the undersigned, Chad K. Jenkins, became on February 23, 1991, the date of the death of the aforementioned .decedent, the owner of the lands or the owner of any interest of Janel B.
