the State of Wyoming, with its principal office located in Teton County, State of Wyoming,
GRANTOR, CONVEY(S) AND WARRANT(S) to EDWARD R. KIMMEL, JR. and REBECCA B.
KIMMEL, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties GRANTEE(S) whose address is P.O. Box
444, Wilson, WY 83014, for the sum ofTen Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the
fbllowing described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:

filed August 14, 2003 as Instrun lent No. 892477 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
