DOLLARS ($10.00) and. other good and valuable considerations, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to Orson A. Nate and Alva N. Nate, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is P. O. Box 144,
Cokeville, WY 83114', the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of V!yoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the ho~nestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Those pal:ts of Tract No. 103, Tract No. 110, Tract No. 120, and
Trace No. 121 of resurvey Township 25 North, Range 119 West,
Lincoln Count-),, Wyoming lying and being situate between the
Southwesterly right-of-way line of abandoned and vacated State
Highway 3.0N~to its junction with the extant State Highway 30 in
Tract No. '103" and the Westerly right-of-way line of said extant
Highway 30 in 'said Tract No. 103; and the Northeasterly right-of-way
line of the 'Oregon Short Line Railroad Company (Union Pacific
Railroad Comi~any) right-of-way; together with an easement for
ingress and egress along said abandoned and vacated State Highway
30N as the sm.ne is of record in the Office of the Department of
Transportation 0t' the State of Wyoming in Cheyenne, Wyoming;
Also the two (2) irrigation wheel lines of approximately one
quarter (¼) mile in length each on said property; and two (2) pmnps
and electric panels appertaining thereto.
Encompa~ssing an area of 555 acres, more or less. Together
with all water rights, ditches and ditch rights appertaining thereto.
This dee,] is given by the Grantors subject to all conditions,
reservations, re3trictions, easements of record and vision, and
mortgages of re cord.
Together; i.with all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate of in anywise appertaining thereunto.
