THIS AGREEMENT is made this June 14th, 2004 between Brenda L. Page (herein "Borrower") and
WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., a National Association, successor by merger to WELLS FARGO HOME
MORTGAGE, INC., whose address is 3601 Minnesota Drive Suite 200,Bloomingt0n. MN. 55435 (herein
"Lender"), for a modification, with respect to that promissory note dated November 8, 2002, secured by a
mortgage or deed of trust of the same date, made by borrower to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and
recorded on November 13,2002 in the office of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Instrument number
885569; Book 504; Page 554 secured by the following described property and said County and State.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HE'REOF.
(Herein "property address"): 337 S Elm Street Labarge; WY 83123
WHEREAS, Borroweris indebted to Lender under the note and mortgage/deed of trust described
above;
NOW THEREFORE, for end in consideration of the benefits flowing to each of the parties hereto,
they do agree as follows:
1. The terms of the Mortgage/Deed of Trust evidencing and securing such indebtedness and
hereby modified as follows:
Correcting the Mortgag ~/D~i;ed of Trust to Correct maturity date to read December 1, 2011.
2. This agreement is pot blinding, in whole or in part, on Lender until executed by lender.
