particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on a 971.186 foot radius curve in the center line of the Crow Creek
Lincoln County Road 12-141, said point being N 13°51'27'' W, 1585.31 feet from the
South Quarter corner of said Section 9, and also southerly along said Curve an arc
distance of 288.27 feet through a central angle of 17°00'24'' from the north end of said
curve, (PC station 38+69.03);
thence running S 89o45' W, along the north line and the easterly and westerly
prolongation of the property described in Quitclaim Deed recorded in
Book 234PR on page 98 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk,
336.81 feet;
thence North 380.96 feet;
thence N 89058'08'. E, 371.97 feet to said center line of said county road;
thence S 11°41'15'' 'N, along last said center line 94.83 feet to said north end of
said 971.186 foct radius curve; '
running southerly along last said curve through a central angle of
17"00'24" aT arc distance of 288.27 feet to the point of beginning.
