following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the 'State to-wit:

Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof

Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeas[ corner of said Lot 2, thence S26°34'E along the
boundary line between Lot 2 and Lot 1, a distance of 140 feet to the southeast
corner of said Lot 2; thence S63°26'W, a distance of 3.50 feet; thence
N25°08'04"W, a distance of.,. 140.04 feet, more or less to the point of beginning
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto
