Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
This Agreement is made this'~¢~4- day of U~.-,~ , 2004, by and
between Thomas B. Ryan and Marilyn M. Ryan, hereinafter referred to as sellers,
Kenneth B. Sutton and DeAnn L. Sutton, hereinafter referred to as buyers and
Leisure Valley, Inc., hereinafter referred to as mortgagee.
IT IS HEREIN AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
~ WHEREAS, the buyers are purchasing the above described property as of
~,~c,..c..,/ /,,=:¢¢o,,~,-and have agreed to assume the unpaid balance of the
Mortgage to Leisure Valley, Inc., in the amount of $11,692.90.
WHEREAS the buyers agree to pay all monthly installments under the
terms of the original note and mortgage. Said note and mortgage made and
executed by Thomas B. Ryan and Marilyn M. Ryan.
WHEREAS, the buyers understand that all payments are to be made until
the entire mortgage balance has been paid in full. Monthly payments in the
amount of $177.08 are due and payable on the 1st day of each month, beginning
with the July 2004 payment.
WHEREAS, the sellers hereby assign and transfer to the buyers all of their
right, title and interes'~: in the mortgage presently held by Leisure Valley, inc., as
mortgagee.
WHEREAS, the mortgagee does hereby permit said assignment of
mortgage and acknowlec:ges and understands that the sellers, Thomas B. Ryan
and Marilyn M. Ryan are no longer bound under the terms of the mortgage and
note, but that the buyers alone are now liable.
