For and in consideration of the stun of one dollar ($ 1.00) and other
considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. Grantors hereby granted,
sold, and bargained unto the Grantee, his heir, successors, or assigns, a PERPETUAL
EASEMENT solely 1br use of'an existing roadway over and across the property of
Grantors situated in county of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described, to-wit:
Starting at the Northeast Section comer of the East Half (E 1/2) Section Eleven
(l 1) in Township 20 North, Range 116 West of the Sixth Principal. Meridian (as
the same appear:; of Record on the maps and plats on file and of record in the
Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and for said
County of Lincoln), approxi~nately eighty (80) feet south and 1012 feet west from
said section corner.: The PERPETUAL EASEMENT allows use of ,an existing
roadway constructed inside the above described easement and allows construction
of additional accessroads to the boundary of hind privately owned by Larry
Osterkamp. No additional construction or modifications of said existing roadway,
or other land inside described easement is permitted.
