By majority vote, the Board of Directms resolved as follows:
RESOLVED, that thc purchase offer on lbo Kemmcrcr, Wyoming "rental
property" from Ed Jess is acc=~pted by lite Board of Directors t'or and on behalf of The
Turning Point, I.incoln Corinth's Self Help Center; that Kristine Thnmpson, Dirt ctor. ts
authorized to take all appropriate actions necessary to complete said property transaction
for and on behalf of said Curporatmn; and that she is further authorized to sign all
documents necessary to complete said property trm~saet~on for a~d on behalf of said
Corporation.
