other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby CONVEY AND VVARRANT unto LARRY JENKINS and SHIRLEY JENKINS,
TRUSTEES of the Larry a Shirley Jenkins Living Revocable Trust dated April 18, 2004, c/o
P.O. Box 172, FreedOm, Wyonfing 83120, Grantees, and their successors and assigns forever, the

waiving and releasing all rights lnder and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming, to wit:

S89°43'23"W, 1,307.337 feet to the first said West line of said NWl/4, thence North
along last said West line, 832.457 feet.
Subject to all taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of sight and/or of record, including the
restriction and reservations, contained in the United States Patent.

Reservation of all cil, gas, and other minerals by prior owner.
Common right-of-way easement as described in Exhibit A attaclied hereto and
made a part hereof.
