LAWRENCE L. WARD, fhe Mortgagee under that cerlain Mortgage executed by JEFFREY ALAN
KALLSTROM and DENISE L. KALLSTROM, husband and wife, dated 12 January 1996 and recorded 17
January 1996 in Book 379, page 19, as Microfilm Instrument No 814252, records of Lincoln County, Wyomirig,
given to secure the payment of a Promissory Note dated 12 January 1996, for the sum of $45,000.00 together with
interest thereon at 8% per annum, does hereby ASSIGN AND TRANSFER TO
ERNEST E. WILSON
1270 ORLO DRIVE; SUSANVILLE, CA 96130
the Assignee herein, all right, title, i;iterest and money due and payable under said note and all rights accrued or to
accrue under said Mortgage.
The undersigned warrants that there has been no breach or default of said Promissory Note and Mortgage
by any of the parties thereto, and that all parties thereto are in full compliance wilh all terms and conditior~s thereof.
and that said Note and Mortgage. h~)e riel been previously assigned nor encumbered ~n any way.
The undersigned authorizes and directs the Escrow Holder, if any, [o deliver any and all warrants, checks,
drafts or payments to be issued pursuant to said Note and Mortgage to Assignee; and the undersigned herein
aulhorizes tl~e Assignee to receive the same from Escrow Holder, if any.
This Assignment is made without recourse in the event Ihe Granlors under said Mortgage fail to make llie
payments as indicated and the undersigned shall have no liability.
