releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

Wyoming, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the lands described in Book 349PR on
page 559 and in Book 426PR on page 10 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk, being formerly described as the Easterly one-third (E 1/3) of Lots 1, 2 and
3 of Block 6 to the'Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, e~ceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
