married woman, of 120 Vista West Drive, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantor, tbr and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable corisideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS unto
FREDERICK R. WOHRMAN and SANDRA E. WOHRMAN, husband and wife, teimnts by
the entireties, of 120 Vista West Drive, Thayne, Wyonfing 83127, Grantees, and their heirs and
assigns forever, the following described property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of lhe homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 53, Star Valley Ranch, Plat 10, Linc o ln County, State of Wyoming.
A portion of the NWl/4 of the NWl/4 of Section 31, T35N, R1 IgW, 6th P.IVl.,
located adjacent to Lot 53, Plat 10, Star Valley Ranch, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
Begi~ming at the most northerly comer of said Lot 53 and running S 22000' 15" E,
in a direct line to the most easterly corner of said Lot 53, a distance of 109.23 feet, more
or less to said most easterly corner; thence rumfing N 40° W, along an easterly line of
said Lot 53, 63.67 feet to a corner of said Lot; thence North, along an East line of said
Lot 53, 52.50 feet to me Po;nt of Begimfing, containing 0.0247 acres of land.
Together with all improvements thereon and appm-tenances and hereditaments
thereunto or in anywise appertaining.
