County Clerk was recorded a Quit Claim Deed from -l imothy F. Brown and Denae L. Brown
[o Timothy F. Brown and Denae Brown, as Trustees of the Timod]y F. Brown and Denae
Brown Ioint Inter Vivos Trust conveying the following described land:
Lot 106 of Star Val.'ey Ranch Plat 21, Lincoln County, Wyoming' as described on the
official plat thereof.
3. The Quit C~aim Deed conveying the property to the trust was not properly
defined as required by W.S. 34-2-122 (1977) itl that the date of the Trust was not shown.
