SEDEY, CO-TRUSTEES OF THE 1994 SEDEY FAMILY TRUST dated December 16, 1994 of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in consideration of Ten and O01100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them In hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators. remise, release and forever quitclaim unto JAMES L. SEDEY Husband and Wife, whose address is 1117 Cedar Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101 heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have. ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit: Part of Lots 9 and 10 of Block 53 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point S 26°34, E, 124.8 feet from the Northeast comer of said Block 53; thence S 26°34' E, 75.2 feet to tht; Southern boundary of Lot 10; thence S 63026, W, 99.0 feet; thence N 26°34, W, 75.2 feet; thence N 63~26' E. 99.0 feet to the Eastern Boundary of said Lot 9 to the place of beginning. ALSO A parcel of land located in Lot 10 of Block 53 of said Second Addition to the Town of Kenunerer being described as follows: Beginning at the Southern corner of said Lot 10, said corner being thc common corner of Lot 10, Lot I 1 and alley as described on the plat of the Second Addition to the Town of Kernmerer, and running thence northwesterly along the lot line of said Lot 10 a distance of 45 feet; thence northeasterly parallel to the lot line common to Lots 9 and 10, a distance of 41 feet; thence southeasterly parallel to the lot line of Lot 10, a distance of 45 feet; thence southwesterly along the lot line common to Lots I0 and 11 a distance of 41 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel being the same property as described in the Warranty Deed recorded June 14, 1993 in Book 330PR on page 428 of Lincoln County public records.
