LINCOLN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2, grantees of County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, tim followiflg described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 194

dated 18 February 2004, as revised.
