By virtue of a Decree of Foreclosure entered on' the 12th day of
April, 2001, in the above-entitled action and under .the authority of an order to
sell issued therein and directed and delivered to the undersigned as Sheriff of
Lincoln County, duly appointed by the above-entitled Court, I was commanded
to sell the Property hereafter described, a'ccording to law, and to apply the
proceeds of the sale arid satisfaction of the judgements in the above action for
the highest bid at a public auction conducted by me at Kemmerer, in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, on the 12th day of April, 2001.
A Certificate of sale was issued to the Bank of Star Valley on the
12th day of April, 2001 for the highest bid on the property. The sale was
subject to the redempt on of all parties to the abOve-entitled action within
ninety days pursuant to W.S. §1-18-103, §1-18-106 (1999). No one has
sought to redeem or exercise their equity of redemption in the time periods and
the time periods to exercise such rights have expired.'
NOW THEREFORE know all men by this deed that I Lee Gardner,
,.~henff of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of these
premises has granted and sold and does hereby convey to Bank of Star Valley,
whose address is 384 Washington St. (P.O. Box 8007) Afton, Wyoming 83110;
heirs; and assigns the following described tract of land to have and to hold with
all appurtenances to said Bank of Star Valley, heirs, and assigns forever.
