A Certificate of sale was issued to the Bank of Star Valley on the 12th day of April, 2001 for the highest bid on the property. The sale was subject to the redempt on of all parties to the abOve-entitled action within ninety days pursuant to W.S. §1-18-103, §1-18-106 (1999). No one has sought to redeem or exercise their equity of redemption in the time periods and the time periods to exercise such rights have expired.'
