corporation, of the County of :felon, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certilS/that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 24t~ clay of JulY, 2002, made and executed by John P. Briggs, Trustee, or his stlccessors in
trust, of the John P. Briggs Trd'st dated March 20, 2000, a one-hal f undivided interest and Donna J. Briggs,
Trustee or her successors in trust of the Donna J. Briggs Trust, dated March 20, 2000 a one-half undivided
interest, as tenants in conmmn as mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein men:toned as securiry for the payment o1'$180,000.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County,State of Wyoming, uti' the 31~* day of July, 2002, in Book 495 of Mortgages, at page 484-489, and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
