PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Boyd W. Wilkes and lone R. Wilkes, Trustee
of the Boyd W. Wilkes a,~d Ione R. Wilkes Revocable Trust dated March 30, 1994, does
hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of October 30, 2003 made and executed by
Marianne Schmitt Hellauer, Trustee of the Mortensen Family Trust dated September 19,
2000, as mortgagors to Boyd W. Wilkes and Ione R. Wilkes, Trustee of the Boyd W. Wilkes
and Ione R. Wilkes Revocable Trust dated March 30, 1994 as mortgagee conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as' security for the payment of $307,800.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of :: Wyoming, on November 3, 2003 in Book 540PR on page 752
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
That part of Secti°n 28, T36N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
described on Exhibit A 'prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Marlow and Susan
Bateman Family Trust dated 20 December 1996, Bateman Trust Tract" dated December
12, 2003, as reviseu.
It being expressly:understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security tb.ereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the
real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
