SUBJECT TO mortgage executed by Double L Ranch//4 in favor of Susan Bateman Worton,
Trustee of the Marlow and Susan Bateman Family Trust dated December 20, 1996 recorded
January 13, 2004 in Book 546PR on page 49 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
