the laws of the State of Wyoming, and having its principal
place of business in the County of LinColn, the Grantor, and
~T~ D. BERTOT and DOUGLAS J. BE~TOT, as joint tenants
with right of survivorship and not as tenants i~ comon,

That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten and No/lO0 Dollars ($10.00), in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the
said Grantees, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and
parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, and described as follows, to-wit:
A parcel of land located in Tract 45, 46 and 52 of the
resurvey of Section 23, T 21 N, R 116 W, 6th P. M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a brass cap being corner #3 of Tract 50
of said resurvey; thence S 0°01'26" W 7'60.90' along the
tract line tO a point on the east boundary of Canyon Road;
thence S 23013.45" W 274.55' along said boundary to the
point of beginning; thence S 89045'47" E 432.72' along the
south boundary of the Cheek parcel to a point; thence S 5°
34'48" E 256.19' along the westerly boundary of paper collar
row parcels to a point; thence S '9°17'42" E 114.82' along
said boundary to a point; thence N 79°19'12" E 101.37' along
said boundary to a point; thence S 9°17'48" E 200.30' along
said boundary to a point; thence N 79°19'12" E 13.66' along
said boundary to a point; thence S 9°05'19"'.E 225.55' to a
point being the southwest corner of the Harrower Apartment

boundary of Four Way Investment Properties;. thence S

W 69.32' along said boundary to the intersection with the
easterly boundary of Canyon Road; thence northerly about a
curve to the left along the said easterly boundary of Canyon
Road, having a radius of 634.5 feet~ long chord bearing N
10056'26" E 257.74'; thence N 0046'44" W'411.96' along said
boundary to a point beginning a curve to the~ right; thence
northerly about a curve to the right along said boundary,
having a radius of 565.5 feet, long chord bearing N
'11°14'11'' E 235.13' to a point; thence N 23013'47" E 88.19'
along said boundary to the point of beginning.
The above described property is conveyed together with
all improvements thereon, and easements, appurtenances and
incidents belonging or appertaining thereto, or used in
connection therewith; subject, however, to all mining,
mineral and other exceptions, reservations, easements,
covenants, conditions of record and existing subsidence and
flood plain conditions, if any, and rights of way of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused its

personally ap~e~ed Martha ~. Bertot, [o me personally
known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that she is the
President of Canyon Villa Residence, a Wyoming nonrprofit
corporation, and that the seal affixed to said instrument is
the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said
corporation by authority of its Board of Directors, and said
Martha D. Bertot acknowledged said ins£rument to be the free
act and deed of said corporation.
